At Bookembo (operated by ST WORKS PTY LTD), our primary goal is to ensure that your purchases are delivered to you safely, securely, and within the promised timeframe. Please carefully review our comprehensive shipping policy.

1. Order Processing and Handling Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (AEST - Australian Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

  • Processing Time: All verified orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday). We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Australian public holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage and Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping exclusively within Australia.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not fulfill international orders or ship outside of Australian borders.

3. Shipping Methods, Transit Times, and Costs

  • Shipping Method: Standard Domestic Shipping

  • Estimated Transit Time: 5 to 12 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Shipping Cost: FREE for all orders within Australia.

4. Order Tracking and Notifications Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking portal to reflect active updates.

5. Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or APO/FPO military addresses. A physical address is required.

6. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries The customer holds the responsibility for entering accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any subsequent reshipment fees.
