1. Standard Return Window Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered to your address, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We strictly adhere to this timeline to ensure fairness and operational efficiency.

4. Restocking Fees We value your business and do not want to penalize you for returns. Bookembo does not charge any restocking fees on standard returns that meet our eligibility criteria.

Inspection and Refunds Once your return is received at our facility and fully inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
